shall be sold by the Clerk of Court, Kevin C. Karnes on the 13th day of August, 2026, via electronic sale on-line at 9:00 a.m. (Eastern Time) at http://www.lee.realforeclose.com to the highest bidder,
for cash, after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida Statutes.
