Florida (the “Master Agreement”). and as legally described in Exhibit “A” to said Master Agreement.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, electronically at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 A.M. on the 6th day of August 2026.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031.
