ORATION and 800 EAST BAY DRIVE LLC, are the Defendants, the Hon. Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at the Clerk of Court’s website for online auctions, http://pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 o’clock a.m., on the 20th day of August, 2026, the property situated 800 East Bay Drive, Largo, Florida 33770, and described as:
