YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a judgment lien has been filed against you in the above-styled cause on the following described real property located in Pinellas County, Florida:
That part of the following described submerged lands, to-wit:
Commencing at the Northwesterly corner of Lot 39, Pasadena Shores according to Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 34, Page 67 Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, as a point of beginning; run thence Westerly parallel to the Northerly boundary of said Lot 39, a distance of 200 feet to a point; run thence Southerly parallel to the Westerly boundaries of Lots 39 to 46 inclusive, Pasadena Shores a distance of 500 feet to a point on the Westerly extension of the Southerly boundary of Pasadena Shores Drive; run thence Easterly along the extension of the Southerly boundary of Pasadena Shores Drive a distance of 200 feet to a point; run thence Northerly along the Westerly boundary of said Pasadena Shores Drive and the Westerly boundary of Lots 39 to 46 inclusive, Pasadena Shores to the point of beginning described as follows:
The portion of the above described tract of land bounded on the Northerly and Southerly sides respectively by the Northerly and Southerly boundaries of the following described land extended Westerly to the Westerly boundary of the above described tract, Lot 47 LESS THE NORTH 4 feet thereof, PASADENA SHORES according to plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 34, Page 67, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with any and all riparian or littoral rights appertaining thereto.
You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Jonathan Bailie, Esq., Plaintiff’s attorney, whose address is:
