NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 7, 2026 in Case No. 2025-11024-CICI of the Circuit Court of the 7th Judicial Circuit in and for VOLUSIA COUNTY, Florida. SWEETPEA HOLDINGS LLC, a Florida Limited Liability Company, JOSEPH TAVOLACCI, are the Plaintiff and GARY D. SORINO ADKINSON a/k/a GARY D. ADKINSON, individually, GARY D. SORINO ADKINSON a/k/a GARY D. ADKINSON, as Trustee of the GARY D. SORINO-ADKINSON FAMILY TRUST a/k/a GARY D. SORINO-ADKINSON FAMILY TRUST (A Florida Family Trust) Dated 7/17/19; etc. et. al, are the Defendants, Laura E. Commence at the Northwesterly corner of said Lot 22; thence North 89 degrees 31 minutes 07 seconds East, along the Northerly line of said Lot 22, a distance of 27.00 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence continue North 89 degrees 31 minutes 07 seconds East, and along the Southerly line of Frances Terrace, a distance of 364.12 feet to a Point that is South 89 degrees 31 minutes 07 seconds West, and 200 feet from the Westerly line of said Atlantic Avenue; thence South 14 degrees 45 minutes 47 seconds East, Parallel with the Westerly line of said Atlantic Avenue, a distance of 50.55 feet to a Point in the Southerly line of the Northerly One-Half of said Lot 22; thence South 89 degrees 31 minutes 07 seconds West, along said Southerly line, a distance of 377.02 feet to a Point in the Westerly line of said Lot 22; thence North 28 degrees 57 minutes 27 seconds West, along said Westerly line a distance of 39.73 feet to a Point therein; thence North 53 degrees 32 minutes 15 seconds East, a distance of 23.94 feet to the Point of Beginning.
