NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on June 23, 2026, in Case No.: 2025-CA-010212-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein FREEDOM MORTGAGE CORPORATION is Plaintiff and JESSICA TORRE PEREZ; CARMEN DOLORES PEREZ GONZALEZ; HERNAN TORRE FELICIANO; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; R/C WORLD COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JESSICA TORRE PEREZ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CARMEN DOLORES PEREZ GONZALEZ; AND UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF HERNAN TORRE FELICIANO are Defendants, the Office of Tiffany Moore Russell, Esq., Orange County Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 11:00 AM online at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com on August 4, 2026, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

together with all existing or subsequently erected or affixed buildings, improvements and fixtures.
