NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 1st day of July, 2026, and entered in Case No. 25001238CA, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein Freedom Mortgage Corporation is the Plaintiff and DEBORAH JEANNE PULS A/K/A DEBORAH J. PULS A/K/A DEBORAH JEANNE BRIGHAM A/K/A DEBORAH JEANNE HOBSON A/K/A DEBORAH BRIGHAM, AQUA FINANCE, INC., GOODLEAP, LLC AND UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ON BEHALF OF THE ADMINISTRATOR OF THE U.S. SMALL BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION are defendants. Roger D. Eaton as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 14th day of August, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
