Karr; Elizabeth K. Karr; Rotonda West Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 31st day of August, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
