NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 25001286CA of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit, in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein Freedom Mortgage Corporation is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, and all other parties claiming interest by, through, under or against the Estate of Karen A. Webb a/k/a Karen Ann Webb a/k/a Karen Webb, Deceased; Sherry Lee Rennick a/k/a Sherry L. Rennick a/k/a Sherry Rennick as Personal Representative of the Estate of Karen A. Webb a/k/a Karen Ann Webb a/k/a Karen Webb, Deceased; Sherry Lee Rennick a/k/a Sherry L. Rennick a/k/a Sherry Rennick; James Carter Webb a/k/a James C. Webb; David Michael Webb a/k/a David M. Webb a/k/a David Webb; Jacalyn Roberts; Florida Housing Finance Corporation are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 31st day of August, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 58 AND NORTH 1/2 OF LOT 59, PURDY’S ACLINE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 15 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
