NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered May 7, 2026 in Civil Case No. 25-CA-001544 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Charlotte County, Punta Gorda, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE FOR RESIDENTIAL MORTGAGE AGGREGATION TRUST is Plaintiff and Future Estate Investments Corp Inc. a/k/a Future Estate Investments Corp, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, Roger D. Eaton, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 7th day of August, 2026 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 76, Block 2134, of PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION THIRTY SEVEN, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 41, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
