Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered July 10, 2026, in case number 2025CA-001697 in the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein SOUTHSTATE BANK, N.A. a national banking association, f/k/a SOUTH STATE BANK, N.A., successor by merger with CENTERSTATE BANK, N.A. is Plaintiff, and GREGORY BARTLETT HUNT A/K/A GREGORY B. HUNT, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GREGORY BARTLETT HUNT A/K/A GREGORY B. HUNT, TRAILER ESTATES PARK AND RECREATION DISTRICT, UNKNOWN TENANT 1 and UNKNOWN TENANT 2, are Defendants, Angelina “Angel” Colonneso, the Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on the 7th day of October, 2026, the following described real as set forth in said final judgment, to wit:
Lot 12, Block 48, TRAILER ESTATES THIRD ADDITION, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 10, Page(s) 69 of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida. Together with 1977 Homette Single Wide Mobile Home VIN #0361739L, Title #15110540, which is situated thereon.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
