KRAUS; ROBERT K. KRAUS A/K/A ROBERT K. KRAUS SR.; SANDRA D. KRAUS; AMBER JOY KRAUSE; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY - INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Angelina “Angel” Colonneso will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com on September 8, 2026 at 11:00:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

LESS AND EXCEPT THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PARCEL:

THENCE CONTINUE WEST 186.30 FEET; THENCE S 0°07’30” E, 100.0 FEET; THENCE EAST 186.30 FEET; THENCE N 0°07’30H W, 100.0 FEET TO THE SAID POINT OF BEGINNING.
