NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on June 24, 2026, in Case No.: 2025CA001253AX of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein FREEDOM MORTGAGE CORPORATION is Plaintiff and RUSSELL LEONARD III; TIDEVUE ESTATES CIVIC ASSOCIATION, INC.; AND UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RUSSELL LEONARD III are Defendants, the Office of Angelina “Angel” Colonneso, Esq., Manatee County Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 11:00 A.M. online at http://www.manatee.realforeclosure.com on August 5, 2026, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
