NOTICE OF RULE DEVELOPMENT BY THE BRIDGEWATER COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT
In accordance with Chapters 120 and 190, Florida Statutes, the Bridgewater Community Development District (“District”) hereby provides notice of its intent to develop policies governing parking and parking enforcement on District’s property, including penalties including but not limited to, towing, which will be codified as Rule #3.0 (“Policy”). The purpose and effect of this Policy are to support the efficient and effective operations of the District as authorized by Section 190.035, Florida Statutes. Specific legal authority for the rules includes Sections 190.011, 190.012(3), 190.035(2), 190.011(5) and 120.54, Florida Statutes.
A public hearing on the adoption of the proposed Policy will be conducted by the District on August 26, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at the Bridgewater Amenity Center, 2525 Village Lakes Boulevard, Lakeland, FL 33805.
