W, NOKOMIS, FL 34275, IF ANY; and all parties having or claiming to have any right, title or interest in the property herein described, the identity of which are unknown to Plaintiff;
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action has been filed against you in the Twelfth Judicial Circuit Court in and for Sarasota County, Florida. The nature of the action is foreclosure of a mortgage encumbering property with street address 321 PALMETTO RD. W, NOKOMIS, FL 34275, and more particularly described as follows:
Lot 23, and the Westerly 30 feet of Lot 24, Block 43, Corrected Plat of Bay Point, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 66, Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
