Tobaison, Marjorie B. Tobaison, all unknown heirs and devisees of the Estate of Marjorie Tobaison, deceased, all unknown heirs and devisees of the Estate of James N.
Tobaison, deceased or any of the above named Defendants and all parties having or claiming to have any right, title, or interest in the property hereinafter described.

TOBAISON, DECEASED, ROXANNE TOBAISON, SUZETTE COREY, CHERYL PETERSON, GARY PETERSON, PATRICIA RAVIS, AND RICHARD RAVIS, DINAH OSZUST, LIBBY TOBAISON AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES HAVING OR CLAIMING TO HAVE ANY RIGHT, TITLE, OR INTEREST IN THE REAL PROPERTY DESCRIBED IN THIS NOTICE OF ACTION.
YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to quiet title on the following real property located in Hillsborough County, Florida:
A four (4) foot strip of land situated in Hillsborough County, Florida legally described as:
Commencing at the Southwest corner of the Southwest ¼ of Section 26, Township 29 South, Range 20 East, Hillsborough County, Florida; thence N.00°03’51”W., along the Westerly boundary of said Section 26, a distance of 102.24 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence continue N.00°03’51”W., a distance of 93.71 feet; thence S.89°56’32”E., a distance of 29.00 feet; thence S.00°03’51”E., a distance of 99.32 feet to a point on the aforementioned right of way of Lumsden Road; thence N.35°31’11”W.,a distance of 6.90 feet; thence N.89°56’32”W., a distance of 25.00 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING. Less Maintained Right of Way for Parsons Avenue
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on W. Gregory Golson, Esq. of Brooks, Rocha, Colby & Rice, PLLC, whose address is 400 N. Tampa Street, Suite 1910, Tampa, Florida 33602, on or before August 13, 2026, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on the Plaintiff’s attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
