NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 16, 2026, entered in Civil Case No. 24-CA-004673 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, AS OWNER TRUSTEE OF THE RESIDENTIAL CREDIT OPPORTUNITIES TRUST X-C is Plaintiff and DONNA WEGNER a/k/a DONNA M. WEGNER f/k/a DONNA M. HALL a/k/a DONNA MARIE HALL a/k/a DONNA M. EASTMAN a/k/a DONNA EASTMAN; SUGARCREEK & BUFFALO ESTATES CIVIC ASSOCIATION, INC.; and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESION n/k/a INGER WILLIAMS, are Defendants.
