Lot 307, Thunderbird Mobile Homes, according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 548, Page(s) 831 through 833, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Together with that certain 1979 CLAS manufactured home that is permanently affixed thereto and made a part thereof, being taxed as real property: Identification Number 925A, Title Number 16908417 and Identification Number 925B, Title Number 16908418 (the “Property”).

You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to this action on the Plaintiff’s attorney, Wesley Randolph, Esq., Pope, Mazzara & Menendez, PLLC, 5252 Summerlin Commons Way, Unit 104, Fort Myers, Florida 33907 within thirty (30) days after the first date of publication of this Notice, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on the Plaintiff’s attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
