Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Order or Final Judgment In Rem entered in this cause in the County Court of Lee County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Lee County, Florida, described as:
Unit No. A-116 of GREENGATE “I” (the “Condominium”), a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof (the “Declaration”), recorded in Official Records Book 1820, Pages 4749 through 4829 and amended in Official Record Book 1834, Page 4597, and Official Record Book 1861, Page 1889, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida, together with all appurtenances thereto, including an undivided share of the Common Elements of the Condominium, declared in the Declaration to be
appurtenant thereto, and the exclusive right to use the limited common element locker made appurtenant to the Unit.
