NOTICE OF REGULAR BOARD MEETING; NOTICE OF PUBLIC
HEARING TO CONSIDER THE ADOPTION OF THE FISCAL YEAR 2026/2027 BUDGET; NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER THE IMPOSITION OF OPERATIONS AND MAINTENANCE SPECIAL
ASSESSMENTS, ADOPTION OF AN ASSESSMENT ROLL, AND
THE LEVY, COLLECTION, AND ENFORCEMENT OF THE SAME.

The Board of Supervisors for the Renaissance Community Development District (the “District”) will hold two (2) public hearings (the “Public Hearings”) and a regular meeting on August 10, 2026 at 9:00 AM at the offices of Cole, Scott & Kissane, 5220 Summerlin Commons Blvd., Suite 201A, Fort Myers, FL 33907. The public hearings and meeting will also be accessible by webconference. Please monitor the District’s website announcements page at https://renaissancecdd.org for instructions on webconference access.

This Public Hearings will be for the following purposes: a) hearing comments and objections on the adoption of the final budget of the District for Fiscal Year 2026/2027; b) the adoption of non-ad valorem assessments to defray the costs of operation, maintenance, and capital reserves for the District’s facilities. The proposed budget totals $1,051,458.60 inclusive of debt service.

The District Board of Supervisors has proposed an increase for all parcels over the current Operations and Maintenance Assessment. The purpose of this change is to fund the District’s Proposed Budget. The Operation and Maintenance Assessment supports the administration and upkeep of the District’s assets. The total gross revenue the District will collect by the Operation and Maintenance Assessment will not
exceed $482,924.60, which is the total collections amount pursuant to the Proposed Budget. The District is proposing to use the O&M assessment methodology which it has used for all of its existence prior to its 2024 fiscal year. This prior methodology does not include any O&M assessments for the golf course.

All owners have the right to appear at the Public Hearings and to file written objections with the District within twenty days of this notice. These assessments will be collected by the Lee County Tax Collector. Failure of an owner to pay the assessments will cause a tax certificate to be issued against the property and could result in loss of title to the property.

A regular Board meeting of the District will also be held at this time where the Board may consider any other business that may properly come before it. The Public Hearings and meeting are open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida law for community development districts. The Public Hearing and meeting may be continued to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at the meeting.

There may be an occasion when one or more Supervisors may participate via remote access technology. In accordance with the provisions of the American with Disabilities Act, any person requiring special accommodations at this meeting/hearing because of a disability impairment should contact the District Management Company, Premier District Management at 239-690-7100. If you are hearing or speech impaired, please contact the Florida Relay Service at (800) 955-8770 for aid in contracting the Districts Office at least three (3) days prior to the date of the meeting/hearing.

Each person who decides to appeal any decision made by the Board, with respect to any matter considered at the Public Hearing or meeting, is advised that they will need a record of proceedings and that accordingly, the person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including the testimony and evidence upon which such appeal is to be based.
