NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated June 26, 2026 entered in Civil Case No. 25-003520-CI in the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein KIAVI FUNDING, INC., Plaintiff and ABODES TASK FORCE LLC, a Florida Limited Liability Company; RICHARD ABREU; CREATIVE STYLE, LLC; BEEGREEN SOLAR LLC; MARCELA LOPEZ are defendants, Ken Burke, Clerk of Court, will sell the property at public sale in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 A.M. on August 6, 2026 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:.
