Plaintiff, vs.
MARGARET L. ALTAVILLA and ANY UNKNOWN OCCUPANTS IN POSSESSION,

YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for homeowners assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff, VENDOME VILLAGE UNIT THIRTEEN ASSOCIATION, INC., herein in the following described property:
Apartment No. 7005, VENDOME VILLAGE UNIT THIRTEEN, a Condominium, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 14, Pages 33-34, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 4041, Page 119, as amended, all of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida; together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto. With the following street address: 7005 Monte Carlo, Pinellas Park, Florida, 33781
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Stephan C. Nikoloff, Esquire, of Greenberg Nikoloff, P.A., whose address is 1964 Bayshore Blvd., Dunedin, FL, 34698, on or before a date which is within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this Notice in the Business Observer, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff’s attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
