The City of Dunedin is seeking qualified, experienced, and licensed firm(s) and “Consultants” to design a Fire Protection Special Assessment program and, if directed, assist with first-year implementation for collection on the property tax bill pursuant to Florida law. The study must separate assessable fire protection (suppression, prevention, inspection, readiness) from non-assessable EMS/ALS functions, document a fair and equitable assessment methodology, and provide a maintainable model and processes for annual updates.

Those individuals/firms interested in being considered are instructed to submit their response prior to 2:30 pm, August 7, 2026, via www.DemandStar.com. No email or paper submittals will be acceptable. Submittals shall be marked:
