NOTICE June 26, 2026, in Case No. 25-006549-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein LAKEVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC is Plaintiff and NANCY STERN, WOODLAKE ASSOCIATION, INC., AND UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF NANCY STERN are Defendants, the Office of Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at https://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 A.M. on August 6, 2026, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 123, WOODLAKE I CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 19, PAGE 38, AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED 1.3052% INTEREST OR SHARE IN COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ALL IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4204, PAGE 1119, AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.

together with all existing or subsequently erected or affixed buildings, improvements and fixtures.
