NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Council of the Town of Windermere, Florida will hold a public hearing to consider a proposed Small Scale Future Land Use Map Amendment and Rezoning for the property located at 618 Ridgewood Drive, as more specifically described below.

PURPOSE AND DESCRIPTION
The purpose of this public hearing is to consider a Small Scale Future Land Use Map Amendment and Rezoning for the property located at 618 Ridgewood Drive.

AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF WINDERMERE, FLORIDA, ADOPTING A SMALL SCALE FUTURE LAND USE MAP AMENDMENT OF THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN FROM AGRICULTURAL TO SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL, FOR CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY OWNED BY THE MATHEISON FAMILY LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, LOCATED AT THE FOLLOWING ADDRESS: 618 RIDGEWOOD DRIVE, AS MORE PARTICULARILY DESCRIBED HEREIN, WITH AN APPROXIMATE SIZE OF 3.37 ACRES; MAKING FINDINGS OF FACT; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
PUBLIC PARTICIPATION
All interested parties are invited to appear at the public hearing and be heard regarding the proposed amendment. A copy of the proposed comprehensive plan amendment and rezoning may be obtained from and written comments may be submitted prior to the hearings to:
