Final Judgment was awarded on July 16, 2026 in Civil Case No. 2024-CA-009840-O, of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein, PNC BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEE, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF BARBARA R. CHAVEZ, DECEASED; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF BARBARA R. CHAVEZ N/K/A ARVIO CHAVEZ; CHARTRES GARDENS HOMEOWNERS’ ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; MILLIANO LINO TATUM, A MINOR IN THE CARE OF HIS NATURAL GUARDIAN, BARBARA CHAVEZ are Defendants.
