NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 2025-CA-004541-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein Freedom Mortgage Corporation is the Plaintiff and Andre Alves; The Plaza Condominium Association, Inc.; Dilma Alves are the Defendants, that Tiffany Russell, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 9th day of September, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 132, BUILDING NO. 5, THE PLAZA AT MILLENIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8667, PAGE 1664, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA. THE DECLARATION WAS AMENDED BY FIRST AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILED SEPTEMBER 19, 2006, IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8868, PAGE 750, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
