NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure of Judgment Lien Against Defendant Ian Lahde, dated July 17, 2026, entered in Case No. 2026-CC-009844-O of the County Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein JAMES BONIFACE is Plaintiff and IAN LAHDE, et al., are the Defendants, that Tiffany Moore Russell, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 20th day of August 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
