Final Judgment was awarded on July 6, 2026 in Civil Case No. 2026CA000042, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein, AXOS BANK is the Plaintiff, and DEBRA ARNOTT; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA - DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT and CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Roger D. Eaton will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com on August 31, 2026 at 11:00:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 23, BLOCK 2794, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION THIRTY THREE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 35A THRU 35F, PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
