NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Final Judgment of Foreclosure granted at hearing on June 3, 2026 and entered in Case No. 25001798CA of the Circuit Court of the Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida wherein CARRINGTON MORTGAGE SERVICES, LLC, is the Plaintiff and PEGGY LEE INGLIS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF PEGGY LEE INGLIS; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC.; ROTONDA WEST ASSOCIATION, INC., are Defendants, I, Roger D Eaton, Charlotte County Clerk of Courts, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 a.m. on September 23, 2026 on the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
If the sale is set aside, the Purchaser may be entitled to only a return of the sale deposit less any applicable fees and costs and shall have no other recourse against the Mortgagor, the Mortgagee or the Mortgagee’s attorney.
