YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to enforce a lien on and to foreclose on a mortgage on the following property in Charlotte County, Florida, commonly known as 3922 TAYLOR RD, PUNTA GORDA, FL 33950, and more particularly described as:
Beginning where road known as the Rock Road leaves the Southwest 1/4 of Section 16, Township 41 South, Range 23 East, on the South portion of said Southwest 1/4; thence along said road in a Northwesterly direction 330 feet; thence in a Northeasterly direction and parallel to the Eastern boundary of said Southwest 1/4 660 feet; thence parallel with said road and in a Southeasterly direction 330 feet, to the Easterly boundary of said Southwest 1/4, thence along said boundary 660 feet to Place of Beginning.
Which has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on ARTHUR S. BARKSDALE, IV, ESQ., DI MASI | BURTON, P.A., the Plaintiff’s attorney, whose address is 801 N. Orange Avenue, Suite 500, Orlando, Florida 32801, on or before August 26, 2026, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court at the Charlotte County Justice Center, 350 E. Marion Avenue, Punta Gorda, FL 33950, either before service on the Plaintiff’s attorney or immediately thereafter. Otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
This notice shall be published once a week for two consecutive weeks in the Business Observer.
