NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 14, 2026, and entered in Case No. 11-2025-CA-002419-0001-01 of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, National Association., as Trustee for Merrill Lynch Mortgage Investors Trust Series MLCC 2004-A Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, is Plaintiff and Kevin Rathburn; Unknown Spouse of Kevin Rathburn; U.S. Bank Trust National Association, as Trustee for MEB Loan Trust IV, are Defendants, the Office of the Clerk of Crystal K. Kinzel, Collier County Clerk of the Court will sell at First Floor, Multi-Purpose Room of the Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112 at 11:00 a.m. on the 17th day of September, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 75 FEET OF THE WEST 180 FEET OF TRACT 54, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES UNIT NO. 95, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 45 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff’s mortgage.
