NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated June 15, 2026 [DIN 490] entered in Case No. 2018-CA-005016-AX of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein VALSINA FOUNDATION is the Plaintiff/Counter-Defendant, and GREER BAY, LLC and ABAY SARSEKEYEV are the Defendants/Counter-Plaintiffs.
The Clerk shall sell at public sale to the highest and best bidder for cash at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, August 19, 2026 at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
