This action has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, upon Plaintiff’s Attorney, Wesley T. Dunaway, Esq., Kovar Law Group, 111 N. Orange Ave., Ste. 800, Orlando, FL 32801 within thirty days after the first publication of this notice, August 31, 2026, and to file the original with the Clerk of the Court, 255 N.
