Final Judgment was awarded on July 9, 2026 in Civil Case No. 2025CA004201, of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein, LAKEVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC is the Plaintiff, and WALDEMAR ORTIZ COTTO; SABRINA KRISTINE FLETCHER; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA-DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; LAKES AT LAUREL HIGHLANDS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Stacy M. Butterfield, CPA will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com on September 8, 2026 at 10:00:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 68, LAKES AT LAUREL HIGHLANDS PHASE 1B, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 160, PAGES 38 THROUGH 43, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA
