Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered on June 26, 2026, in Case No.: 58-2026-CA-000425 in the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, in which REGIONS BANK D/B/A REGIONS MORTGAGE is the Plaintiff, and JESSY TAVAREZ, et al., are the Defendants, the Clerk of the Court, will sell at public sale the following described real property located in Sarasota County:
Lot 8, Block 1826, THIRTY-SEVENTH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 16, Page 4, Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
The above property will be sold on August 24, 2026, at 9:00 a.m., to the highest and best bidder online at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com in accordance with § 45.031, Fla. Stat. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
