NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on July 16, 2026 in Civil Case No. 2025-CA-003833 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein UNITY INVESTMENT SOLUTIONS, LLC is Plaintiff and BENJAMIN MAS, WESTLAKE SERVICES, LLC. d/b/a WESTLAKE FINANCIAL SERVICES, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY, INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE, and WESTCOR LAND TITLE INSURANCE, CO are
