NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to the UNIFORM FINAL JUDGMENT OF FORECLOSURE dated July 15, 2026, entered in this case, the Pasco County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, commencing at 11:00 am on August 24, 2026, the following described real property as set forth in the aforementioned judgment, to wit:
Lot 23, LAKE PADGETT SOUTH UNIT ONE, according to map thereof as recorded in Plat Book 13, Pages 125 through 127; of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
