NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 512025CA003458CAAXES of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit, in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein Rocket Mortgage, LLC is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, and all other parties claiming interest by, through, under or against the Estate of William Gregory Davis a/k/a William G. Davis a/k/a Gregory Davis, Deceased; Jessica Bolduc f/k/a Jessica Lynn Davis f/k/a Jessica L. Davis; Willow Pointe/Pasco Homeowners’ Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that Nikki Alvarez-Sowles, Pasco County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 20th day of August, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 17, WILLOW BEND, TRACT MF-2, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 35, PAGES 102-106, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
