Circuit, in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein Truist Bank is the Plaintiff and Geraldine M. Rodriguez; Ruxton Village II Homeowners Association, Inc.; Tall Pines Community Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that Nikki Alvarez-Sowles, Pasco County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.pasco. realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 10th day of September, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 218, RUXTON VILLAGE UNIT 22, TALL PINES AT RIVER RIDGE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 33, PAGES 103 AND 104 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
