GALANOS; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; CYPRESS LAKES HOMEOWNERS’ ASSOCIATION OF PASCO, INC. are the Defendant(s).
