Nikki Alvarez-Sowles, Esq. as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on August 10, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

TOGETHER WITH A 2003 WINNER DOUBLEWIDE MOBILE HOME HAVING VEHICLE IDENTIFICATION NUMBERS 8D610257RA AND 8D610257RB, AND FLORIDA TITLE NUMBERS 0087413068 AND 0087415858 WHICH MOBILE HOME TITLES WERE CANCELLED AND RETIRED ON 02/22/2013 AND RECORDED ON 01/22/2013 IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8816, PAGE 10, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA. THE MOBILE HOME IS PERMANENTLY AFFIXED TO THE STATED PROPERTY.
