DAVENPORT AKA CAROL GENE DAVENPORT, et. al., are Defendants, Clerk of Circuit Court, Victor D. Crist will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on August 31, 2026 at 10:00 AM, the following described property:
ALL OF MY RIGHTS TITLE AND INTEREST IN AND TO THAT PART OF THE EAST HALF OF THE SOUTH HALF OF THE WEST HALF OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER, LYING NORTH AND ADJOINING THE RIGHT OF WAY OF STATE ROAD NO. 60 IN SECTION 26, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 22 EAST, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS EAST ONE ACRE.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, must file a claim per the requirements set forth in FL Stat. 45.302.
