Crist, the Clerk of Court for Hillsborough County, Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m., at https://www. hillsborough.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, on 9/14/2026, the following described property set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
