NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Salem entered in Case No. 25-CA-04220 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein JUPI LLC is the Plaintiff and Sunsational Homes Holdings, LLC is the Defendant, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at public sale online at www.lee.realforeclose.com beginning at nine o’clock a.m. on AUGUST 6, 2026, the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
Lots 18 and 19, Block 6133 CAPE CORAL UNIT 98, a subdivision according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 25, Page(s) 107 through 121, inclusive, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
