NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on July 16, 2026, in Case No. 25-CA-004959 of the Circuit Court of the Lee Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida wherein NEXUS NOVA LLC is Plaintiff and WILLIAM HOFER; JANICE HOFER; and ALTA MAR CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., are Defendants, the Office of Kevin C. Karnes, Lee County Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 11:00 a.m., online at www.lee.realforeclose.com on August 13, 2026, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 406, OF ALTA MAR, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN INSTRUMENT #20060000083303, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, TOGETHER WITH IT UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS.
Also known as: 2825 PALM BCH BLVD, FORT MYERS, FL 33916
together with all existing or subsequently erected or affixed buildings, improvements and fixtures.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031.
