NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 16th day of July, 2026, and entered in Case No. 25-CA-003228, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Lakeview Loan Servicing, LLC is the Plaintiff and BRYAN TREA; HANNAH TREA; and NEFTALY EXPRESS, CORP. are defendants. Kevin C. Karnes as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 A.M. on the 20th day of August, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lots 52 and 53, Block 3943, Cape Coral Unit 54, subdivision, according to the map or plat thereof on file in the office of the clerk of the circuit court, recorded in Plat Book 19, Page 79, public records of Lee County,
Florida.
