NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on July 16, 2026, in Case No. 25-CA-003933 of the Circuit Court for the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Robert Bartho, legal owner via Non-Trust Custodial IRA with American Estate & Trust, is the Plaintiff, and Robert D. Kasper, Cheryl M. Kasper, Palmetto Pine Estates Homeowners Association, Inc., and the City of Cape Coral are the Defendants, the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash the property situated in Lee County, Florida, described as:
Lot 20, Block 7006, PALMETTO PINE ESTATES, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 79, Pages 1 and 2, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.

The sale will be conducted electronically, online at https://lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 a.m. on August
13, 2026. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim before the Clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
