NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 16, 2026, entered in Case No. 25-004880-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein CLEARWATER CASCADE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff, and ESTATE OF RICKEY M. HENDRICKS, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RICKEY M. HENDRICKS, THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CLAIMANTS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST RICKEY M. HENDRICKS, UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION, and ESTATE OF SARAH J. CROFUTT are the Defendants, Ken Burke, Clerk of Court of Pinellas County, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online via the internet at http://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM, on the 2nd day of September, 2026 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
