NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 26, 2026, and entered in Case No. 25-002796-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Wilmington Savings Fund Society, FSB, not in its individual capacity but solely in its capacity as owner trustee for CIM Trust 2025-NR1, is the Plaintiff and , Linda J. Arcadi aka Linda Joyce Arcadi a/k/a Linda Whitehead Arcadi a/k/ Linda Arcadi, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00 am on the August 6, 2026 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
THE WEST 35 FEET OF THE NORTH 7 FEET OF LOT 11 AND THE WEST 35 FEET OF LOT 12, BLOCK 6, ROUSLYNN, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 17 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
